- To ensure that planning and filling vacancies based on the needs of at least 97% in each year.
- Plan and implement training that meets the needs of the development of competencies at least 60% of MARA staff to achieve a minimum performance score of 80% at all times.
- Provide welfare facilities to reach by all members of the Mara works in accordance with the qualifications of each year.
