RURAL BRAND OUTLET (RBO)
Background
- To provide a marketing platform to potential entrepreneurs’ products by KPLB.
- To market entrepreneurs’ potential and selected rural products at a one-stop-centre concept platform.
- To integrate three (3) of entrepreneurs’ domestic products, food, fashion and crafts under one premium-concept mini market.
Objectives
- To provide a business platform to selected entrepreneurs.
- To assist entrepreneurs in promoting their business and sales.
- To identify product potentials
- To create job opportunities to the locals with the increase in their sales.
- To improve rural entrepreneur’s income.
Target Groups
Targeted groups are the domestic entrepreneurs who have been coached under KPLB program.
Requirements.
- Entrepreneurs with business address within the rural parliamentary under KPLB and/or its agencies such as MARA, KEMAS, INFRA, KEDA, PERDA, KESEDAR, KETENGAH and KEJORA;
- A registered company with Commission of Companies, Malaysia (CCM) (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM));
- An active business company with a minimal of one year operation at the date of application;
Priority will be given to domestic local made products with certification from HALAL, JAKIM, MESTI, GMP and HACCP.
Outcome
- To create job opportunities to the locals with the increase of their sales.
- To promote domestic entrepreneurs products at national level.
- To improve the domestic entrepreneurs’ income.
