Applicants must submit a business premises application form through the District MARA Office / State MARA Office nearest to the business premises concerned.

Where can I find my MARA business premises rental application form?

Lease application forms are available at all MARA District Offices / State MARA Offices.

What are the general conditions for renting MARA’s business premises?

The applicant is a Malaysian citizen and Bumiputera.
Age between 18 to 60 years old on the date of application.
Posesses a business license with SSM or Company Procedure/Memorandum & Association (M&A) for Sdn. Bhd company
Not blanklisted (CTOS)
Not declare bankrupt
The suitability and viability of the proposed business / enterprise

What types of business premises are provided by MARA?

What is the monthly rental rate?

To find out the rental rates you need to consult the District MARA Office / State MARA Office nearest to the business premises.

How long is the rental period offered by MARA?

The basic rental period is 3 years. The extension of the rental period can be considered based on the performance of the rental payment and the performance of the business.

How do I know if my application is successful or not?

Applicants who meet the criteria will be invited to attend an interview session in advance. The letter of notification of the application will be submitted within 14 days of the interview date.
