WHAT IS COACHING AND MENTORING?
Coaching and mentoring is an entrepreneurial training approach by experts and experienced industry players, academicians, and corporate figures. They will assist and develop new entrepreneurs while monitor their companies’ performances.
WHY DOES A COMPANY NEED SUPERVISION?
- To develop a higher potential company.
- To boost dynamics and to be more systematic in its achievement and development.
- To have reference experts in managing the company’s problems and supervising its measures.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A bumiputera of Malaysian citizen.
- Age between 18-60 years old.
- Adequate experience / knowledge in the ventured business.
- A business of at least 6 months in operation and registered under the Companies Commission (SSM) for peninsular business owners and obtained a license/permit/letter of authorization under the Local Authority (PBT) for Sabah and Sarawak.
- Sole proprietorship/partnership or private limited company (51% of shareholders must be Bumiputera).
GRANT
Participants will receive an appropriate 90% of their grant approval.
