Skim Pembiayaan Pembangunan Usahawan Profesional

Tujuan
  • Menyediakan kemudahan pembiayaan perniagaan di bawah Program Pembangunan Usahawan Profesional (ProSPEC)
  • Meningkatkan penyertaan usahawan Bumiputera dalam bidang keusahawanan profesional
Syarat-Syarat Asas dan Khusus

Syarat-syarat Asas

  1. Warganegara dan Bumiputera
  2. Berumur 18-60 tahun
  3. Mempunyai Daftar Perniagaan yang sah (SSM)
  4. Mempunyai premis perniagaan
  5. Mempunyai Lesen/Permit/Surat Kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT)
  6. Menjalankan perniagaan sepenuh masa
  7. Perniagaan patuh Syariah
  8. Bebas dari senarai hitam MARA
  9. Sumbangan modal sendiri tidak kurang 10% daripada kos projek

Syarat-syarat Khusus

  1. Golongan Profesional yang diiktiraf dan berdaftar sebagai ahli badan profesional yang berkenaan
  2. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang profesional yang berkaitan mengikut tempoh dan kriteria tertentu yang ditetapkan oleh MARA melalui program pembangunan usahawan yang berkaitan
  3. Memenuhi syarat-syarat khas yang ditetapkan oleh MARA melalui program pembangunan keusahawanan yang berkaitan
Skop Pembiayaan
  • Modal Pusingan
  • Pembelian Mesin dan Peralatan
  • Ubah suai Premis Perniagaan
Had Pembiayaan
  • Milikan Tunggal/ Perkongsian: RM250,000.00
  • Syarikat Sdn. Bhd: RM500,000.00
Tempoh Pembiayaan

1-10 tahun @ 12-120 bulan

Jaminan atau Cagaran
  • Jaminan
    Seorang penjamin atau lebih yang berpendapatan tetap bulanan tidak kurang 3% daripada jumlah yang dipohon.

Atau

  • Cagaran
    Cagaran tanah dengan Nilai Paksa (Forced Sale Value) sekurang- kurangnya 10% daripada jumlah yang dipohon.

Atau

  • Gabungan kedua-duanya sekali

Atau

  •  Simpanan Tetap
    Simpanan Tetap berkonsep Islam (General Investment Account) yang berdasarkan 10% dari nilai pembiayaan
  • Pembiayaan kepada syarikat berstatus Sdn.Bhd memerlukan jaminan kesemua Ahli Lembaga Pengarah Syarikat
