MARA is committed to provide quality and efficient services with integrity to facilitate delivery systems. We pledge to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to us as follows:

1. Business financing application decisions within 14 days from the date of application received.
2. Entrepreneurship training application decisions within 14 days from the application closing date.
3. Business premises rental application decisions within 14 days from the date of application received.
4. Study loan application decisions within 14 days from the application closing date.
5. MRSM admission application decisions within 14 days before the registration date.
6. MARA Education Institution admission application decisions through Sistem Pengambilan Unit Pusat Institusi MARA (UPIM) within 14 days from the application closing date.
7. Bills and claims are settled within seven (7) days from the date the documents are received.
8. Business financing repayment rescheduling and restructuring application decisions within 14 days from the date of application received.
9. Study loan repayment reduction application decisions within 14 days from the date of application received.
10. Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within three (3) working days.
