Notice of Service Disruption on MARA Online Systems (eServices)

Kindly be informed that access to all MARA Online Systems (eServices) EXCEPT FOR MRSM Application 2020, Aduan (SISPAA) and MARA EPS, will be disrupted due to electrical maintenance works at MARA Data Centre as follows :

MARA Education Loan Repayment Schedule (JBB)

This is to inform that MARA Education Loan Repayment Schedule (JBB) can be viewed in the eBaki System.

Students who wish to review their current JBB may click eBaki System.

e-Baki System

All MARA staffs, ex-staffs and MARA pensioners who have MARA loans/financing facilities are required to use e-Baki System for the printing of statement of account through online in replacement of the Statement of account issued hardcopy by MARA previously.

Any queries for accessing and printing of Statement of account for staff loans/financing facilities can be submitted via e-mail to ebakistaff@mara.gov.my.
